Tuzowins Kenya Player Guide

Tuzowins is a Kenyan online casino operated by Golden Honey Badger Technology Limited. The company holds two licences from BCLB (Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya). All payments go through M-Pesa in Kenyan shillings.

The platform focuses on mobile play. Its lobby offers slots, spin games, crash games and football-themed games. The interface is in English. The Gambling Control Act 2025 now governs the sector. Under this law, the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) takes over the functions of BCLB.

You create a Tuzowins account with a Kenyan phone number, a password and a verification code. The code comes by SMS or WhatsApp. The process takes less than one minute.

Tuzowins accepts only Kenyan cellphone numbers. The same number serves for login, deposits and withdrawals. For this reason, register with the number that holds your M-Pesa wallet.

Phone Number and Password Registration

The "Register" button is in the top right corner of the homepage. It opens the form "Start to Register on Tuzowins". Complete these steps:

1. Click "Register".
2. Enter your phone number in the format 0XXXXXXXXX.
3. Create a password.
4. Tap the "SMS" button or the WhatsApp icon to request a code.
5. Enter the code in the field "Enter verification code".
6. Press "Register".

The box for the Terms and Conditions is ticked by default. In our test, the SMS code arrived within a few seconds. If the code is late, check the number and tap "SMS" again. The WhatsApp option gives a second delivery channel.

You access your account with the phone number and password from registration. One account works on the website, in the Android app and through the home screen shortcut.

Your balance, bonuses and game history stay the same on every device. You do not need a separate account for the app.

Login on the Website and App

The "Log In" button sits next to "Register" at the top of the page. It opens the window "Welcome to Tuzowins". Follow these steps:

1. Tap "Log In".
2. Enter your phone number in the format 0XXXXXXXXX.
3. Enter your password.
4. Press "Log in".

The window also has a "Forgot password" link and a "Create Account" link. If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password". The site sends a verification code to your phone. After you enter it, you set a new password.

Password Change Through the Profile Settings

You can change your password at any time after login. Open the Profile tab in the bottom menu. Tap the Settings button in the upper right corner. Enter a new password and save it.

A regular password change keeps your account secure. Use a password that you do not use on other sites.

Tuzowins offers two mobile options. Android users can install the app. iPhone and Android users can add a shortcut to the home screen.

The red Download button on the homepage carries an "Extra Bonus" label. App users receive an additional reward. The download page lists three benefits: "Save Data", "First-Hand News" and "Better Experience". First-Hand News refers to push notifications about events and bonuses.

Android App File from the Download Page

The Android app comes as an APK file from the official site. An APK is an installation file for Android devices. Install it this way:

1. Open tuzowins.com in Chrome.
2. Tap the red Download button.
3. Press "Download App".
4. Open the file from the notification panel.
5. Allow "Install unknown apps" for Chrome.
6. Tap "Install" and log in.

The installation takes about two minutes on a 4G connection.

Add to Home Screen Shortcut for iOS

iPhone users open tuzowins.com in Safari. On the download page, tap "Add To Home Screen". You can also use the Share menu in Safari. The Tuzowins icon then appears on your home screen. It opens the site in full-screen mode.

The homepage has five buttons at the top and five tabs at the bottom. Together they give you access to every function of the platform.

A banner slider sits under the top menu. It shows current events such as the Cash Bonus Event. A live winners feed runs below the slider. During our test, it showed "07*****922 won cash 17,812 in BuffaloWin".

VIP Gift, Lucky Draw and Get Cash Buttons

These three buttons open the free reward system of Tuzowins. Each one gives you extra chances to win cash:

1. Get Cash gives you free coins for a daily check-in.
2. You spend these coins on the Lucky Wheel for cash prizes.
3. The Task Centre gives you a free ticket for each completed task.
4. Lucky Draw lets you spend the ticket on a cash prize draw.
5. VIP Gift opens rewards that grow with your activity.

Cash won on the Lucky Wheel and in the Lucky Draw can be withdrawn.

Message Inbox and Event Center

The Message button opens your personal inbox. Replies from the support team arrive here. Notifications about bonuses arrive here too. The Event Center is in the middle of the bottom menu. It lists all current promotions in one place. During our test, its icon had a seasonal Halloween design.

You fund your account through the Deposit tab with M-Pesa. Enter the amount and confirm the payment with your M-Pesa PIN. The money appears on your balance right away.

Tuzowins uses an STK push for deposits. An STK push is an M-Pesa payment request that appears on your phone screen. You do not need to enter a Paybill number. Follow these steps:

1. Tap "Deposit" in the bottom menu.
2. Choose a quick amount or type your own.
3. Confirm the request.
4. Enter your M-Pesa PIN.
5. Check the updated balance.

The minimum deposit is KES 50. Each daily deposit can also activate the Daily Pack bonus.

The Tuzowins lobby has five tabs: For You, Spin, Slot, Crash and FootBall. Each game card has a "PLAY" button for real money and a "DEMO" button for free play.

Demo mode lets you try any game with virtual credits. You do not need a deposit for it. Each game also has a help button with rules and a paytable. The paytable shows the value of each symbol.

Spin, Slot and Football Game Categories

A slot is a game with reels and symbols. A win comes when matching symbols land on a payline. Spin games use a wheel with cash values. Football games use match themes with fast rounds.

A random number generator (RNG) decides each result. An RNG is a program that makes every outcome independent of the previous one.

Tuzowins Aviator in the Crash Section

Aviator is in the Crash tab of the lobby. It is a crash game from the provider Spribe. In a crash game, a multiplier grows until a random moment. You must cash out before that moment.

A round follows this order:

1. Set your stake during the betting window.
2. Press "Bet".
3. Watch the multiplier grow from 1.00x.
4. Press "Cash Out" before the plane flies away.

For example, a KES 100 bet with a cash out at 2.50x pays KES 250. The screen has two bet panels. Each panel has "Auto Bet" and "Auto Cash Out" options. Auto Cash Out closes your bet at a multiplier you choose.

RTP (Return to Player) is the share of stakes a game returns over a long period. Aviator has an RTP of 97%. It uses Provably Fair technology. This system lets you verify that each round result was not changed.

Tuzowins runs cash promotions for new and regular players. The main offers are the welcome bonus, the hourly Cash Bonus Event, the Daily Pack and the referral reward.

KSh 1000 Offer for New Players

New players receive up to KSh 1000 after registration and login. The offer appears in a pop-up on the homepage. The bonus goes to your bonus balance. A wagering requirement applies to it. This is the total amount you bet before bonus cash becomes withdrawable.

The Cash Bonus Event gives out up to KSh 20,000 every hour. This means 24 draws each day. The Daily Pack adds up to 50% extra cash to your deposit. A KES 200 deposit brings up to KES 100 extra.

Referral Reward for Invited Friends

Tuzowins pays you a cash reward when your invited friend places bets. Open the invite event on the promotional page. Tap "Refer a Friend" and share your link through WhatsApp or Facebook. The "invitation details" section shows your friends and their bets.

2. Check your withdrawable balance.
3. Enter an amount from KSh 1,000.

5. Wait for the M-Pesa confirmation SMS.

A withdrawal takes from a few minutes up to 24 hours. Kenya charges a 5% excise tax on withdrawals under the Finance Act 2025. KRA receives this tax at the moment of withdrawal.

Tuzowins support works through WhatsApp, live chat, email and a feedback form. The team answers from 08:00 to 00:00.
